Our Survey says...

I'm a delicate flower, so this is probably a huge mistake, but I've decided to survey my customers, post project completion, and ask them 5 questions, so far the results are looking positive:

Believe me, I've spent far too long fretting over those 'Good's', however, I know this is a good idea and it's going to make sure I'm always pushing myself to please clients. Also I'm hoping it can guide me on my pricing, to make sure I'm getting it spot on, if people are saying my pricing is 'excellent' then I'm probably too cheap, so the 'Good' on this, is an excellent thing, I think.

Just remind me not to be a baby if I ever get an 'Average'.
